I love this headphones the best I ever had. I had to get an extra pair just in case something happens. But disappointed it doesn't have tile anymore.

Started out fine, but soon stopped working

These earbuds are not reliable.
I have bought 2 pairs of JLAB earbuds and both stopped working quickly, the first after a few months and the second after mere days.
One or both earbuds became nearly inaudible even at full volume, the remaining sound is extremely poor quality, and the connection is spotty.
I tried everything. Forgetting and re-coupling the devices, adjusting the in-app settings and my phone's audio settings, cleaning them, replacing the squishy bit, nothing worked.
Perhaps I received defective units and others will be fine, but even so, two duds in a row are bad odds.
I cannot recommend these headphones. I hope that the JLAB company will address these issues because I was hoping that they would be an affordable option.

Not ready for production

I have been a long time customer of JLaB and have never been disappointed until now.
The sound on this system is not great.
The ANC is non-existent compared to the epic sport
Every phone call I have attempted to have, I have been told that I can not be heard or it sounds like I am underwater.

2 stars for multi-point connection and the new volume slide control.
If I still had the box I'd return and go back to epic sport

Faulty product

This product is semi decent, when it works. This is my fourth set of earbuds in 2 years due to the earbuds ceasing to charge in their case after on a few months of use. Also, the noise canceling does not work. I can still hear all the sounds around me, only with an additional electronic hum coinciding with it.
