Prompt shipping - when it arrived the neck of the guitar had snapped during transit - when they saw the photo’s and explanation they promptly sent a replacement without delay.
The product is as described, for a beginner this is perfect and with the tuner it comes with helps to make this process a lot easier.
I would recommend this product and utilizing this company.

More than happy with my purchase! Chose red & it looks awesome! Great value for the money & everything was packaged really well. Shipped fast! A string broke moments after taking it out of the box, & was probably my fault, but the guitar is a well made instrument for the price. I was honestly surprised at how well made it is. As a beginner, I was worried about spending a lot, then losing interest, & wasting money, but I got my money’s worth with this already. The case, extra strings, tuner, etc. really helped get me going in the right direction. Great fit for me & I will definitely recommend to friends.

Very satisfied with my purchase. Looks great, stays in tune and sounds great. I bought my wife the acoustic bass, so I had to buy the guitar. You have a very happy customer and I definitely recommend anyone to buy it as well. Also you can't beat the price.
