After my daughter wanting her own guitar for a while, I decided that Christmas would be a great opportunity to make that dream a reality. After seeing a great deal on BCP I made the payment and the box was delivered. Christmas morning came and after peeling back copious amounts of wrapping paper, you managed to turn her smile into a frown. I'm not sure what your quality control is like but at the very least I would think that you check all strings are attached. 1 string was broken so it rendered the gift useless. Now we have to find out the cost to have it restrung at a local music store. Merry Christmas BCP!
