Item arrived well packaged with each limb bubble wrapped and taped so time consuming to prep. Easy to set up once wrap removed with clear directions and markings. You will either love the tree or hate it. It is very easy to decorate and is for a modern look/decor home. It does not compare to a tree with traditional limbs, needles and full greenery. The more ornaments you hang on it the better it looks. Reminds me of Charlie Brown’s Christmas tree or one that lost all it’s greenery in a fire. It is very sturdy and should fit back in the packaging box to store until next year. Everyone comments who sees it with laughter or “I love your tree.”

Love the design! I only have put on about half the ornaments this tree can hold and it looks wonderful. I would give this a five star rating except for the fact that two of the hooks had fallen off in the box. I’m hoping the rest are more secure.
I would highly recommend this for someone who has a lot of Christmas ornaments and is looking for a new kind of tree.

Purchased this tree 2 weeks ago. Very sturdy and easy to put together. Handles heavier ornaments with no problems. Easy to slide tree too if you need to adjust. There's over 200 ornament hooks too, we have almost filled ours up. Definitely recommend. We've had lots of compliments from friends. #BCPHolidays

Probably not the product maybe the shipping... Just got off the phone with customer representative... I did not unpack tree completely due to two of branches were broken in section D...Could also see through the plastic at the other sections of the tree...

It's a cute tree, unique, and exactly as pictured. Unfortunately my family wanted a traditional tree. I will probably use this to hold my jewelry instead or put it in another part of the house.

I love my Un-Tree!

I've always purchased a real tree and while it does have its merits, it's very expensive to do year after year and is an arduous task to both put up and take down. My new Un-Tree was simple to put up and ALL of my ornaments are visible from any angle. I was worried that I had more ornaments than spots on the tree but there are still a couple dozen hooks available for hanging so I can continue to add to it. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a bigger size. I would love to see it in a 7 or 7.5 foot version. Regardless, I can't wait for friends and family to see it! Merry Christmas everyone!
