Probably not the product maybe the shipping... Just got off the phone with customer representative... I did not unpack tree completely due to two of branches were broken in section D...Could also see through the plastic at the other sections of the tree...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is beautiful. Well packaged (not a scratch!), easy to set up, sturdy, and holds tons of ornaments (way more than I have), but you really don't need tons, as they could detract the intricate design of the tree. I love it! #BCPHolidays
