This is a great beginner product. Is a little difficult to tune and keep but it’s a perfect fit for children learning. Neck is perfect size, strings and distance to neck are appropriate and fun to play, very little echoing etc

My 9 year old really wanted a guitar for Christmas and I found this online. I ordered it and it arrived two days later. It is beautiful!!! Came in a bag inside a box inside another box. One of the strings was super lose but we were able to tighten it back up. I am so excited for him to see it on Christmas morning. Have not tried to tune yet, fingers crossed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] loved it and it arrived in two days..ordered from another company still did not have it in a month. so canceled that order and reordered thru BCP and made my 12 yr old granddaughter very happy. ordered on tuesday it was here before noon on thursday wonderful service and product
