Received item timely. Only issue I have with the product is the bag for the guitar Thanks poorly constructed. Not able to unzip bag due to sewing issue. The zipper was somehow sewn in a manner that will not allow you to unzip bag. Glad I checked everything out prior to gift wrapping for Christmas.

Basic guitar for a beginner

The guitar itself was nice but my only complaint is the really loose strings, one was extremely loose and there were fingerprints all across the top where your fingers would hold the guitar, I don’t know if this was a return but the strings should not have been that loose, I am going to have to take it to a guitar retailer to get it restrung before I can give it to my granddaughter as a Christmas present!

I bought a pink guitar for my granddaughter and I am ashamed to be gifting it to her. This is a poorly made guitar. The tuning area of the guitar is so rough I am positive strings will stay broken on it. It had black marks on the face of guitar that is markings from the poor paint job on it. It is too late for me to buy another gift so I hope she will not be disappointed as I am at the poor quality of this item. Can not recommend!

I got it for my 40 year old daughter. I’ve played for years professionally and she wanted to learn how to play. The guitar is such a beautiful color. She really loved the blue. She was so happy. Thank you!

Cheap/Poor Quality

I was shocked by the quality, for this price you should receive a decent guitar. There was bubbles in the finish, and other imperfections in the finish. The biggest disappointment was the plastic strings, this is basically a toy guitar, and won't stay tuned. My daughter was, as was I, very disappointed.
