Much smaller & artificial looking than expected after reading many reviews before purchasing. Didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it, but will be buying a new tree..

The tree I received looks Nothing like the tree I saw in your advertisement. Compare the two photos below. I would strongly suggest that no one order this tree if you want one that looks like the Advertised tree. We followed directions to set the tree up. A Poor Excuse for a Christmas Tree.

I ordered this tree by accident, I opened it and was thinking about keeping it and decided to return it instead, nothing wrong with the tree, though it would need a bit of fluffing, I watched the video and it looked really nice after fluffing, I just didn't need it.

The tree was nothing like the picture. Ridiculous tree..total misrepresentation. Also it wasnt even in another package so the original box was close to destroyed by the time it got here.
