It was packaged up in 2 boxes nicely. It took FOREVER to straighten out and separate branches. I counted a few lights that were already burnt out. Quality is good a lot of spots are bare looking no matter how I spread the branches.

It had screw which wouldn’t go in the pre-drilled hole, they offered a new tree but they would not send it out until we returned the defective one, total time predicted to get it 15 days, Christmas would almost be over so we requested refund

I ordered this tree and am very happy with my purchase. It's super full (after you fluff it out from shipping) and it was so easy to set-up. We needed a tall tree to fill this room and couldn't be happier with it and the quality of it. We didn't have any "needles" that fell off too while setting it up. Do go with this tree! It will make your Christmas Merry and Bright!
