I would give 5 stars but the pins/screws that keep the branches from coming off well they come out to easy i had to reattach 2 of the branches so far but other than that we love the tree and it looks great

Definitely did not match the pictures or even like the pictures in the reviews. Too much trouble to return but beware. You could probably get the same tree at Walmart for cheaper.

I just got the tree out of the box and spent some time fluffing out the branches. It is my first artificial tree and I think it looks pretty good. It seems like the bottom 2 rows could be spaced a little farther apart. A couple of the branches are practically on top of each other. I haven't decorated it yet and that always makes a big difference. I hope that when that's done it looks great. Overall I think this tree is a good deal for the price.

We always purchase a real tree every year, but I love to decorate super early. We decided to try an artificial tree, and at first assembling it, it looked pretty bad. I worked on it and it turned out beautifully. We are really pleased, and even though I do miss my real tree, I don't miss the needles and watching it slowly die.

I am completely satisfied with my Christmas tree. It took a little time and attention to fluff out the branches but that allowed me to place ornaments exactly where I wanted them. The tree looks lovely all decorated and I plan for it to last a long time. I had a minor issue and needed to contact customer service. They were excellent and solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely buy from this company again.
