My product arrived in 4 days. It came just as described, not one piece missing! The tuner is perfect as well. I broke my string the first day, thank goodness they sent a back up. In other words, bcp kept their promise. I have what I ordered. I've been enjoying this product since the first day I opened the box. This guitar is great! I'm learning how to play better each day.

My only issue with this site is that lack of selection options. I tried to buy an accent chair, but only had 4 to choose from in Grey.
