One of the parts were not ensembled properly and I wasn't really pleased with the shipping. Other than that I have already replaced certain parts and the strap. Overall the quality of the guitar is good

Love the color, don't know about guitars in general but it was well made in my opinion. The one defect was the #6 string tuning nut ? Was mounted crooked. The tuner that came with the guitar was faulty. So I downloaded a app. To tune the guitar sounds good to me. The amplifier works and came with everything that it was suppose to and got to me, Texas to Wisconsin in less then a week. In my opinion this is not a cheap guitar it's a affordable quality. The packing was good and it arrived in good condition.

We love this starter kit! Having a little trouble keeping in tune so changing the strings which were provided!! Totally new to guitar and my daughter is already Hearing the music. It plays beautifully!!
