The guitar was very well packed. Perfect condition when it arrived. Lots of extras came with it, even extra strings. Beautiful to look at. Plays like a cheap guitar, not necessarily a bad thing. My son will enjoy it and if he sticks with it he can upgrade. Worth the price...

We absolutely love it and the sound is awesome. It was a beautiful color which we also liked. It looks like a lot more expensive Guitar. It really does.Everything was nice and the padded case really was more than you'd expect. It was packed excellent to keep from being damaged.

I. Can’t wait until I can give this to our nephew for Christmas!!
Not sure what it looks like yet but I’m sure it’s beautiful. Anything I’ve ever ordered from this site has never disappointed me.

It arrived with two broken

It arrived with two broken strings and the neck and shaft has rough edges up and down.Some are very sharp.The digital turner instructions are hard to follow .The extra strings that came with the guitar were used to replace the ones that came with it.
