I have no comparison experience. I was impressed with the guitar. The strap does seem short and the picks will all break with very little movement. Seems to run a little sharp on the top three strings with it almost being on tune at 12 fret. I did lower the bridge to lower the strings and had one break pretty early. Still, over all it the instrument seems to be good quality. I did not know what to expect but like it pretty good. I been at it for many hours each day for the last 15 days and I still suck but think the guitar is decent. I plugged in the amp and moved all of the buttons around and they all seem to work. In my mind and for my expectations with no background previous knowledge for comparison, I am impressed.

Guitars strings break as soon as you start to tune the guitar tuner they sent me didn't work can barley call the amp an amp very disappointed
