We've had our Professional Garment Steamer for several years now and it has worked great. What I am most impressed with is the customer service at Salav, which is very responsive and would take care of any questions right away. Last fall my niece asked me to “press” her dress as we were getting ready for a bridal shower. I went looking for the ironing board and iron. Christine laughed at me and said “no one irons anymore Auntie”. She rolled out a machine from her closet and I set to work. I was totally amazed at how the steamer got all the wrinkles out and in half the time of ironing. The unit heated up right away and I was done with her dress in less than 5 minutes. I went home (after I took a picture of her steamer) and ordered one right away. The Salav is the absolute best!

I bought this for my retail ladies clothing boutique.
It is so lightweight, easy to use and clean. It doesn't take up a lot of space so it's perfect for any space in your home or work. I get so many compliments on the rose gold color too.
Lastly, the customer service people are amazing and efficient. Great product.
