I love the tree but 3 of the curly cues that hold the ornaments came broken. I have not been able to reattach them. It wasn't worth trying to send it back but it was a real disappointment.

We were so surprised at the way this item is made. The branches hinge down easily and securely. It is a sturdy tree but also folds up easily for storing. It was packed incredibly well with each individual branch wrapped in plastic to prevent scratching.
