Seems to be well made. Like the casters of which 2 can lock. Don’t think the little strap is leather… more like PU.

Exactly what I was looking for!!

This rolling filing cabinet has been great. I use folders for my work and sometimes they have different problems, so instead of using baskets that fill up right away, this allows me to store them without them falling over. The wheels work great on carpet too!!

It's prettier than I thought it would be! Super functional, plenty of space for files and rolls great on my tile floor. I've had it for about a month and so far it's held up well.

Great solution for small space storage

Just received my third file cabinet I love the look in light weightness of these filing cabinets. Great solution for small spaces really thankful that the price went down planning on ordering more using this cabinet to store my hats for ease of use as well as space saving. items in my home to fit.
