Disappointed. Lights lasted 2 seconds

I put the batteries in... turned it on... it was gorgeous... 2 seconds later all the lights went out. Very disappointing!!

I just tried contacting the company via their live chat to ask a very simple question and they won't even talk to me until I give them way more information about myself then they NEED! All I wanted was a simple answer~!! It's enough for me to return the product.
