Extremely disappointed

I bought this guitar for my 4 year old.. and when received it isn’t playable. I was expecting a real guitar for my son to mess around with and this is not it. It’s absolutely unplayable!

The main complaint is how the strings dont stay tuned. Like literally 5 minutes later they are slightly off. I'll buy better ones and hope it fixes that. Otherwise exactly what I ordered and is really easy to play for my daughter

Strings will not stay on pegs. I've stringed guitars many times and never had this issue. Makes the guitar useless.
