I bought this guitar for my 3 year old. I received it sooner than expected. But when I received it there was damaged done to the box and guitar. I took pictures and went on the live chat that they provide and I was able to get my issue sloved. This company treats their customers right. Also my son loved his guitar. Was so excited when we gave it to him.

Perfect for little man to grow into. He is already in love, he sits mesmerized while his father plays and guitar was his first word. The quality of the instrument and size are amazing.

Straps needs to be drilled to be able to use but everything looks good and working. Just right for kids and absolutely not a pro type.

Everything looks good. It is definitely a kids guitar so don’t expect a professional sound from it. I gave it not a perfect score of 3 out of 5 just because the strap included aren’t useable and needed to be drilled in the guitar if you want to use it and of course I’m not gonna do it myself and ruin the guitar. But would still recommend it as a kids beginner instrument.
