I bought this tree not knowing what to expect because at the time there was no reviews.. it is so beautiful and exceeded all my expectations. It did need to be fluffed, but once that was done it’s perfect!!

I’ve been dealing with a pre-lit tree for the last 13 years because we paid a fortune for it and my husband was going to get his money’s worth. Problem was that it’s lights went out 12 years ago and it lost needles by just looking at it. It was a unwanted source of frustration every year! This was the year I finally convinced my husband it was time for a new tree. I decided against a pre-lit because I’ve been adding the lights for so long that I’ve got it down to about 10 to light up and I don’t want to deal with lights to go out before the trees life ends. I decided to go big or go home with the 9 footer. And I’ve got a soft spot for anything pinecone, so those were a added bonus! I was hesitant because the price was incredible compared to others of that size I’ve seen. When it arrived (in a box inside of a box) I was even more hesitant because the box looked small to house such a large tree. After un-boxing I instantly feel in love with the flocked snow, so I proceeded to set it up. It did take some time to unfold and fluff it, but it was well worth it! It’s a beautiful tree!! I’m so happy with it! It even got the husbands approval grunt with a look of “now that’s a tree!”.

Upon removing from box and trying to set up, noticed piece was missing that held top tier in place securely. "Needles" were cheaply made, tree was sparse and falling out all over the place while I was trying to put it back in the box. Needed to sweep my floor once tree was taken down. I wasn't even trying to fluff up the branches, literally took it out, stood it up, put it back in the box. Company offered a replacement because of missing part, I refused, instead opting for a refund because I wasn't happy with the quality. I don't recommend this tree at all! Looks NOTHING like the tree pictured!

It is a preety tree, but it smells like wet dog. It really stinks when you get it out of the box. Becareful with the branches some are stuck together where they glocked the tips. And when seperating some tips fall right off. Also have string on on hand, 1 branch hung a lot lower than the others. I would return for another tree, but I dont have time.
