I am frustrated on getting my refund. I have been waiting for my refund to my PayPal for over 8 days now. The tree was a disappointment and looked very cheap.

Best Tree EVER!!

Got the 9 foot ...it is huge....and GORGEOUS!!! It took a long time to fluff all the branches, but it was totally worth the effort as it is sooo beautiful. Doesn't "shed" the flocking...its just lovely!! Sooo happy with BCP as a company and this tree! Couldn't love this purchasing experience more. (*now if I could just figure out how to add a photo to this review...that would be gold. I wanted the full reward points and have great photos of this tree but cannot find where you upload a photo??

The only thin wrong is

The only thin wrong is that the top part is inserted into the stand and it is wobbly. It looks like it is leaning to one side from the top portion.
