Got them for Xmas speaker blown

My girl had some jlab sport and loved them and when she lost them I got her some for Xmas she Xmas only worn the 4 times and the speaker blew. Her other ones she had for 3 years. So disappointed

Thank you for the great products. I've tried many other styles, brands , price ranges and I must say that the JLAB brand audio quality from all the different devices i have had and used are very good and consistent quality across the board.

Poor fit regardless of what earpiece size I use. Noise cancellation not as good as rival brands

Audio all around is very good, but I have had them a month and need to RMA them due to the right side being whisper quiet while at max volume
