Sound quality is bass-heavy and enjoyable for music, podcasts, and general listening. The companion app adds customizable EQ settings, which is a nice bonus. The biggest downsides are that the touch controls can take time to learn, and the ANC is good but not exceptional.
Overall, the JLab JBuds Sport ANC 4 offer strong value for the money and are a great choice for users wanting secure-fit earbuds with long battery life and useful features without spending premium price

Solid listening experience

Worth the price. Touch buttons are a little too keen to action, so changing settings is a must to stop pause and play while working out in things like pullups. Sound quality is great for price point. Battery life excellent. Comfort is great.
