Set up using the website, straightforward even for a dinosaur. Ran in them today, easy to adjust volume, pause etc. Very comfortable, no vibration or shake. Feel very secure. (Yet to try in rain but look closed so no problems expected. )

Great earbuds

I've gone through 3x pairs of epic sport anc 3 they always break were the ear loop starts so hopefully the anc 4 are more robust. Regardless of breaking still good earbuds and I would recommend them to anyone.
