I love the headphones just don't like it when I am on the phone and the person can't hear on the earbudsnot sure what I am not doing right, it happens from time to time. Would love some help !

Super useful—I didn’t expect it to be this good!
Overall, the device is really handy and user-friendly. However, the volume control could be more intuitive. I often find myself accidentally stopping the music while trying to adjust the volume, which interrupts the experience. A clearer or more responsive control design would make it even better.

Superb quality in audio and control both on each unit being gentle touch, to the abilities on iPhone controls. Small ear tips and I never know they're there! And I'm an old man?Thanks

Love the customizable controls. But the sensitivity is ridiculous. A hoodie or just hair sets off the controls!

I use these earphones at the gym and the sound is great. The app works great for all the controls. The only problems I've had is the left side of my unit is faulty where there is a lot of static and interference no matter what device I connect it to.
