Too many issues

Unfortunately the customizable touch controls don't work. They're stuck as default no matter what you change them to in the app, and they are awfully sensitive, I find the defaults to be frustrating. They are advertised to be compatible with Google Find My Device, but I have been unable to connect to it. Sound quality seems to be ok when I press them into my ear canal, but I can't get a good seal, and so they sound quite bad to me, but that could be a fit issue. On positive notes they look great, multi point bluetooth is cool, great battery life, google fast pair works great. I reached out to support regarding google find my device and touch controls plus I ordered third party foam tips to see if that helps with the sound. I will update my review if any of that helps out, but currently I do not recommend these.

I workout on the trail in the morning and they stay put! The "Hook" shape contours to behind the ear and not too tight but it won't slip off easily.

The ANC 4 fixed every issue I had with my previous earbuds. Pausing during a run used to be a matter of timing the double tap just right. If you were too fast or to slow it just changed the EQ or turned the volume up. This new version is rad!.. just barely tap when you need your ears. Everything on this version works like a charm and at a very reasonable price.
