Great sound quality. Fit is a little awkward, but I'm old and have shaky hands. Other than my physical limitations, they're really nice.

Old model was way better

These ones batteries are terrible, the right side of mine is only half volume max after 6 months and sounds fuzzy. They NEVER want to charge in their case. I mean like never ever ever ever want to properly charge. Ive bought a second pair, lets hope its better ive always liked your products before. For reference I do lawncare full time 12 hour days 6 days a week and your older models would hold up better than these.

I have a bad pair of ear buds right the box. Upgrade frimware, and no change in the problem. The right one is not working on the touch pad of the buds.
