I love jlab earbuds. I just purchased these replace set for which I lost one earbud. So far so good, with the exception of a high-pitched ringing in the left earbud which seems to go away when noise canceling is engaged

Product is not as good as I expected. Sound quality is sub par. I use an equalizer app with little or no help to the sound. Must be poor quality speakers
