The soleplate is a comfortable shape and doesn’t scratch clothes. Steam function works great. Highly recommend! Very efficiency and versatility

The 360° freestyle design is perfect for quick touch-ups and full ironing sessions alike, allowing smooth, unrestricted movement. It heats up quickly and delivers consistent steam, making it effective even on tougher wrinkles.
The sleek carrying case is a nice touch for easy storage and portability. However, the water reservoir is a bit smaller than some other models, so you might find yourself refilling it more often if you’re ironing a lot at once. Overall, a great choice for efficiency and freedom of movement.

First impression, the cordless design makes a huge difference! It’s so much easier to move around without dealing with a tangled cord. The stainless-steel soleplate glides super smoothly over clothes, and I love how the double-tipped ends help get into tricky spots like collars and seams.
It heats up fast with the powerful 1,500-watt base, and the steam function works great, even vertically for hanging garments.
The water tank is easy to remove and fill, and I haven’t had any issues with leaking or buildup. Really convenient and reliable iron!

Good, with some getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Panasonic Cordless Iron NI-WL700A for a bit now, and honestly, it’s overall a good iron - with a few quirks worth mentioning. First off, the portability is a big win for me. It’s lightweight, compact, and the fact that it comes with a carrying case makes it perfect for travel or storing away neatly. I also love that you don’t have to deal with a cord getting in the way while you’re maneuvering around buttons, seams, or tight corners. That cordless freedom really does make a difference.
The design is sleek and practical. It has a 360° Freestyle double-tipped stainless steel soleplate that glides smoothly in all directions, and that really helps when ironing detailed or awkward areas. The iron can be used both dry and with steam, and it even has a vertical steam shot option - though in my experience, the steam works best when your clothes are horizontal, and is still not as good as other steamers.
One of the cooler features is the detachable water tank with an anti-calc capsule, which is great if you’re using tap water - it helps prevent mineral build-up over time. The power cord retracts into the base, and the heatproof cover clicks on easily, so you can pack it up even when it’s still warm. That’s a thoughtful touch, especially when you're in a hurry.
Now for the “takes-some-getting-used-to” part: since it’s cordless, the iron cools off a bit faster than a traditional corded one. I find myself having to pop it back into the base to recharge more often than I expected. The reheat time is quick, but the repeated pauses can make ironing a single shirt take a little longer than usual.

Modern and effective...

I love its modern design and carry case that makes it so easy to carry it and gives ease of portability. It has dual function and can be used as steam or dry iron. The water tank is sufficient enough to allow easy and effective pressing. Above all, the most convenient feature of this is being cordless. Our previous iron was corded, and this is indeed a nice and great upgrade as it's far easier to use cordless iron. It allows effective pressing in an easy way. It has a stainless steel wide plate, so pressing is quicker, too. Usage and manual is also an easy process, and I learned in no time. I love this modern and durable iron and would definitely recommend it.

It took me a few tries to get the hang of it, but this is an awesome steamer once you get used to it. It has several settings to adjust for heat & steam & it comes with a cool carrying case. I use distilled water & I suggest others to do the same because it's better for your steamer. You can also use this as a dry iron. I definitely give it 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
