Fantastic ear buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds are great! I love the ability to change the silicone tips out to the ones that fit you best. This helps seal in the sound and they noise cancel very well. They produce great music and clear call audio. The bass hits surprisingly hard considering their size. I wore these earbuds during a hike and with the large tips they stayed secured in my ears even when I started to sweat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic. Great for active lifestyle. I'm fairly active and these head phone never fall out. Even while running on the treadmill. They are super easy to sync with my phone and integrate great with google Assistant making it almost entirely hands free.

Constant connectivity issues, including within the charge case so one or both air buds may not charge. They do not automatically stop playing music when you place the air buds back in the case so if you're not paying attention your music keeps playing when you put them away. This drains battery and your streaming data. The textured finish on the case and the air buds themselves make them slippery to handle. Sounds quality is good and the fit is very similar to the original AirPods.

Thanks for your feedback. If the earbuds of your JBL Tune Flex no longer charges, we recommend cleaning the contact points on the earbuds and charging case using a cotton cloth, a makeup or cotton swab, and rubbing alcohol. If the issue remains with your JBL Tune Flex, please contact JBL Customer Support. We're here to help.

Great Sound - Get the App!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the JBL Tune Flex Ear Buds. They have the usual Great JBL Sound, with booming bass. The box contains a Quick Start guide, a box of ear tips and a short USB A to C cable for charging (it's Orange making it easy to find) plus the Ear Buds. (see the pictures) My advice is to download the JBL Headphones App right away! There's a QR Code with the link. Mine came with a decent charge out of the box, but I charged it fully just to be safe, while I installed the JBL Headphones App on my phone. The case has lights that indicate the level of charge...they go out when the device is fully charged. The JBL Tune Flex uses Bluetooth to connect. Opening the case makes the Ear Buds discoverable, and they easily connected to my Samsung with a custom name for easy identification. Operation is simple using taps to the top of the earbud, the part in your ear (that's the actual speaker). You can use them in one ear (Mono) or both (Stereo), the controls are the same on each side. I chose to use the Ear Buds with open ear tips, just as they came out of the box. If you choose to use the Sealing Ear Tips (there are 3 different sizes) the first thing to do is remove the Open Ear Tips...see my picture with the tip removed. Directions are on the the first page of the Quick Start Guide...don't overlook them!! With the JBL Headphone App, you can customize many of the device controls and the sound; there's also an Equalizer that works very well, I was using Sirius XM from my phone and settled on the "Vocal" EQ setting. There are also three settings (available in the App) for Ambient Noise and with 6 adjustments within that, you should be able to find just the right setting for your location(s).
All of this functionality, at a tremendous price makes for a great value which is why I give the JBL Tune Flex Ear Buds FIVE Stars
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for people with small ear canals

I have small ear canals and every earbud I have tried hurt my ears. I decided to give these a try and they fit my ears great. They are comfortable to wear all day and they sound great. They also stay in with no problem. Thanks JBL for making ear buds for people with small ears.

Save yourself some money. DO NOT BUY THESE

I bought these to replace my lost Raycons and these are easily the worst earbuds I've ever had the misfortune to use. They do not fit, they hurt to use, touching the earbud activates random functions on the earbuds themselves, they do not seal to your ear so you can hear everything around you, the audio quality is terrible. Just a horrible product. I've used JBL earbuds in the past and I am deeply disappointed by this product. The only thing keeping me from throwing it in the garbage is the egregious amount of money that I spent on them.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Our JBL Tune Flex comes in three different sizes sealing ear tips. For the headphones to give you the best audio response, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. You may try the different sizes for optimal sealing and audio performance. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer support.

Headphones didn't last. Low sound, poor charging
on June 3, 2024

I bought these a couple months ago as a replacement for headphones eaten by my dog. At first, they were ok, none of the tips fit perfectly in my ear, so the bass was a little low. Now, just months later, both of them are extremely low volume (left is still slightly louder). If it's not maximum volume, I can't hear it. Because they're imbalanced, I usually listen with the louder one only. However, when I try charging only one, it seems to not charge because the quiet one is left at full battery. Sometimes, I'll leave them charging for a day and theyll be at 10% when I take them out.

Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune Flex. Please try these steps to help fix the volume issue. First, to get the best audio response, create a tight seal in your ear by gently twisting the earbuds and angle the ear tip slightly downward. Next, check the balance control on your device's settings and your EQ settings. If the issue remains, try connecting your unit to other devices. For the charging issue, please use a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol to clean the contact pins on the earbud and in the case. If you need more help, please contact us.

Little buds park a punch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These things sound great. I really enjoy the timing that is available through the app and the fact that I have a choice of ear but fits with the included sleeves. I do wish that the battery life was a little better however it is understandable for the size of the product.
