Bought these cameras and can say they have been brilliant. When i have had to contact Aosu for any of my products they are fantastic and really try their best to help. Brilliant custoner service, thank you.
I have four AOSU Cameras, that have been fine for a few years, but one of them stopped working properly, so I decided to replace it as they are great cameras. I ordered what I thought was the same camera as my existing cameras, so would work with my Homebase. But it turns out that this one needs an SD Card in order to save videos. Not a problem, until someone takes the camera, as it is in a low position. I cannot find a similar camera to those I use with my Homebase. So I have to purchase two cameras and another Homebase, unless I am missing something?
Bought four cameras and the picture is great, battery life lasts 2 weeks or more for me. Life of battery is also determined by how much your watching live feed so it could last longer. I like the rechargeable so I could place a camera inside my chicken coop. One camera did start to get foggy or something on the picture. I reached out to support and showed them a picture of the view and they replaced the camera under warranty and I literally had a new one 2 days later. Thank you, that's the best support I've experienced.
First off let me thank Lynette. She was instrumental in helping me with my problem. This is a great company which really cares about helping with problems. Easy to talk to and quick to respond. Great cameras too.

I thought I was adding a 3rd camera to my "HomeBase" unit that already had 2 camera. I could not get it. The online AI wasn't much help other than it said it couldn't be done. Should have said that it doesn't need a homebase - it has it's own memory (separate purchase) and doesn't record though the homebase unit. Other than setup (in both cases - the Homebase setup too) I like these cameras. My Homebase issues were my security settings on my internet router.
