I had problems with a camera I had received as a gift. Julie was super helpful in troubleshooting the camera and eventually sending a replacement.

Had to cameras that wouldn't record sometimes and couldn't see events or even go live unless I restart phone .Aosu online chat had me do alot of stuff and even delete app and restart they worked for awhile then back at it .they ended up sending me 2 new ones now solar ones that I use just put up so hope yhey keep working

This camera functions so superbly and when we needed to expand our areas of surveillance Aosu was more than accommodating. We would highly recommend their products.
