I am a very satisfied customer with my 4 AOSU cameras that I have had for over a year. They work great and have excellent features that give you all yhat is needed in security cameras and at a very fair price. Next, the help that you receive from their support team is simply outstanding.
My highest Compliments to Ms. Lynette who is with the support team of AOSU. She is a wonderful and very caring person abou customer satisfaction and she goes above and beyond to help and to make sure I and her customers are happy with the product. I have had a first hand experience with Ms. Lynette and took care fo my concerns expeditiously, and followed up numerous times to make certain that I was satisfied. I took time to write this review because it needs to be known when a person does her or his job and shows the concern and willingness to help the way she has. Very rarely do you get this type of follow-up help any more. Thanks again Ms. Lynette and keep up such great work.

I have a total of 8 of these cameras. All of them are in direct sun. However, I have one camera that stopped charging after only 5 months. I turned it off when it was at 18% battery so that it could charge faster. That was TWO WEEKS AGO, and it still has not fully charged. It is only at 55% now. That is how slowly it is charging. And there is nothing I can do to get help from the company.

We have been happy with these cameras. Great coverage and tracking. I like to be able to move and look around with controls from the ap.
