I have a couple of these cameras. One of which the pan feature started only working one way. Contacted Aosu via the app and Julie got in touch with me. She gathered some information and said we will send out a new camera with no problem just a little video. Will definitely be putting some more of these at other properties once we have wifi

We have to use these cameras for a number of years now and they work really well
Very straightforward to set up and integrate with Wi-Fi and the waterproofing is good for outside. We do not have to drill holes for wires.
I would not want to pay an ongoing subscription so these appeal from a cost point of view
Also, the Help has been pretty good, although we have had a couple of issues which is why it鈥檚 not five star they have managed to resolve really quickly

Easy to order. Alot easier to install too. I didn't need a 12 year old technical whiz! Ordered the 4 camera set. Love how an object gets tracked from one camera to the next. Plus, it was easy to add on the doorbell camera too. Had a little trouble with one camera whose battery kept draining. Found out the spotlight was on all the time. Soon as I figured out where the setting was, I turned it off and the battery holds charge great. Had to use their techs. They got back to me within hours and were friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend getting as many as you can! My wife loves it. We're in very rural area and get notifications when we're miles away.
