Love the earrings and shoes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful doll. Her hairstyle has stayed in place despite many hours of play. Her dress and earrings have been very popular. My daughter has considered her both as a dancer and as a party guest, thanks to her fun outfit and shoes! It's a high quality doll. I'm only a little surprised that her limbs aren't articulated considered that she is a dancer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is sooooo pretty & her dress & accessories do not disappoint! My 7 year old loved everything about the doll. Idk if you can tell but the dress also has a nice shimmer to it. Her hair is in a bun and so far has held up nicely. I really like the look of this dolls face. The one thing that I don’t know that I’m a fan of is that her legs and arms are stiff. I miss the old days of the 80’s & 90’s with the knee cracking sounds whenever we could bend the legs lol. My seven year old says she loves everything about the doll & there’s not a thing that she would change. This would make a great doll for any Barbie fan or anyone who loves beautiful dolls. This doll doesn’t look cheap and is very well made.

Beautiful Barbie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ballroom Barbie has a beautiful hair do and the attention to the accessories is fabulous. The chandelier earrings and the high heels go perfect with the outfit. My only draw back to the Barbie was that you couldn’t bend the knees or the arms.

Great imaginative play but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My child is a major fan of dancing with the stars and was so excited about this doll. This is a gorgeous doll that is very fun for our little dance fanatic to play with. Imagining her in the competitions and winning a trophy is a blast. Her hair is good at the scalp but the bun is fake so it becomes unkempt easily. Love the sparkles of the dress but the material is not loose enough for doing the splits and has to be bunched up. Her arms have some nice shape for a few dance poses but it would have been nice for this doll to have more articulating arms and legs for better dance moves and poses.

Ballroom Dance Deferred

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What at first seemed sure to be a hit turned out to be a dud. My daughter, who loves dancing and holds large complement of dolls, quickly looked at the new Barbie. While not entirely a fair assessment, the dress type and color of the dress of the dancer was not of interest to her. While accessories were appreciated, such as the earrings and trophy and shoes (which all match), she had hoped other dresses could be swapped in with varying colors, or at least the dress match.
Again, not entirely fair a critique for a new dancing toy, but enough for her not want to play with it.
