Faulty equipment

I filled to clean cyclr before the first use and it started to leak (not from drain plug). I had to unplug the plug to get water to drain in my bucket.
I was very excited and hope this was just a faulty one.

Unit is brand new out the box, and leeks water on the first use.

not worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it’s a really small capacity and for how long it takes to produce, the ice is not really worth it at all. I’d rather just buy a bag of ice. I tried using this for my at home bar, but I would just keep running out of ice way too fast. pros it’s easy to clean and not very loud.
