Lots of fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter had a blast playing with this Disney Princess Merida Doll. We had not seen the movie before getting the doll, but we did as shortly thereafter. She got a kick out of being able to hold in her hands the princess that was on the TV. The articulation was great and my daughter was able to reenact, in her own way, what Princess Merida would do in the movie.
I would recommend this to a friend!

4year old daughter loves her Merida doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter loves her Merida doll and plays with her all the time at home. The doll has reddish hair like her and is very sturdy. I’m glad the doll is very flexible as my daughter is rough with her. One thing I’m not a fan of is the headband, it keeps coming off until my daughter eventually lost it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Disney princess Merida to add to my daughter’s collection. Merida has curly carrot red hair. True to the character her hair is natural and down. She wears a simple plastic tiara on her head. Merida has especially pretty painted face details! Her eyebrows are very detailed and you can see the tiny individual hairs. Her large inquisitive eyes are a combination of an ocean blue with aqua highlights. Merida has lightly blushed cheeks with the added charm of a sprinkle of freckles. Her lips are painted in a soft natural peachy salmon shade. This doll has a molded permanent bodice. The long sleeves are an opaque teal color but the bodice is a transparent teal with glitter. It adds a bit of sparkle every little princess fan can appreciate! There is a brown leather look molded belt at her waist with a round gold buckle. Her teal skirt has a metallic shimmer to it and features bear and Celtic symbols. The skirt has an elastic waist so it is possible to remove it. It’s easy for my daughter to dress and undress her. Merida wears simple plastic flats that can be removed. This doll has legs and arms that bend at the hips and shoulders. Her hear is movable as well. My daughter enjoys this simple yet pretty doll. It is a basic doll that meets all the criteria for us as far as durability, fun and ease of use.

Lovely doll, slightly hard to pose

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Merida doll has beautiful details in her belt, face and sculpted features. The full itself is much easier to remove from packaging than other similarly sized folks, which is a huge plus for those with mobility and joint issues. Hey face is absolutely adorable. As a parent, I like that she has fewer accessories to lose. The kids don't like that only the skirt is fabric and not the whole dress, and the biggest issue is how stiff the arm and especially the leg joints are. They keep asking me to move her arms and legs for them because of the stiffness.

She has been playing with this doll for at least 2 hours non-stop. Holds her internet very well. The detail on this doll is great.

Merida brave Disney princess

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is disappointed with this doll she doesn’t look like other Merida dolls from brave her face looks very cartoonish and she doesn’t like the belt and that the dolls top is permanently on her and u can’t put her in other dresses I like that the doll has a bodysuit so she has underwear on her looks like a bathing suit she likes that her hair is soft and not hard so she can style it but Merida is supposed to have wild curly hair and it’s more like a slight curl
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for kids not collecting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The doll is nice and good for young children. The hair however needs work as it seems to be poorly made and looks matted straight out of the box. My kids however didnt notuce this only I did. So if a collector of the dolls were to buy this for display purposes I feel they would be disappointed.

Adorable Merida doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter has loved playing with this Merida doll. Her crown, skirt and shoes can be taken off if you’d like. The top part of the dress is plastic and part of the actual doll, therefore it stays in plays. My daughter doesn’t mind though, she just pretends it’s her swimming suit. The hair could be improved, it has some curls but was also a little tangled straight out of the box. Overall, it’s a cute princess doll that my daughter has enjoyed using her imagination with.
