Adorable & Fun Articulated Doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is really cute! I managed to open her & get a few pics before she got destroyed because my granddaughter wasn't home, lol! She loves undressing her dolls & swapping clothes & shoes as soon as she gets them. She loves the Descendants & was so excited when she saw this doll!
Like I said above, the doll is adorable with sweet features like big eyes & pretty pink lips. Her hair is stiff with gel, which I get because I assure you even with the gel my granddaughter managed to turn her hair wild anyway. Her outfit is very detailed with a faux zipper on the front of the jacket, scallops at the top of the sleeves, a faux leather collar, along with other printed on designs. The boots & gloves are pretty cool too. The boots especially, with bat wings that flare out on the sides. Both my granddaughter & I love that her outfit is separate pieces, because did I mention that she loves to redress her dolls? She doesn't come with too many accessories, but the little plastic spell book case that is included is sturdy & does snap open & closed.
The articulation on this doll is also appreciated as my granddaughter enjoys posing her dolls & placing them in different scenarios, whether it's flying, dancing, flipping around or whatever else is in her imagination. This doll easily bends at the knees for sitting, so no stiff joints on this girly. The rest of her joints like at the elbow & wrist also move easily but hold their pose well. She also stands really well with her boots on.
I can tell this is my granddaughters favorite right now because I always get the castoffs she's no longer into when she forces me to play dolls with her & this doll is never among them, lol!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A definite winner! The purple hair is what did it. Now she wants to have her own hair dyed purple so her and her new doll can match! Heaven help my daughter-in-law! This doll will be added to the others for hours of enjoyment.

Great Anniversary Mal doll – my daughter loves it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is a huge Descendants fan, so she was excited to receive this Anniversary Edition Mal doll to add to her growing collection. Right out of the box, the doll made a great impression. The outfit is super detailed and true to Mal’s edgy, iconic style. It comes with cool accessories like boots, gloves, and her spell book, and the jacket is especially impressive. It has a faux leather look and feel, and it's even removable to reveal another shirt underneath, which adds a nice extra touch of detail.
One thing to note is that the doll doesn’t come with a ton of accessories aside from the spell book, but I actually count that as a plus, because there is fewer tiny things to keep track of or lose. The only real downside is that the face sculpt doesn’t quite resemble Mal as much as I expected. If it weren’t for the signature outfit, I probably wouldn’t recognize her right away. That said, my daughter doesn’t seem to mind at all and is absolutely in love with it.
Overall, it’s a great collector’s item and a fun gift for any Descendants fan. Definitely recommend for young fans or collectors alike!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very pretty down but The leg joints are very stiff and the hair has entirely too much glue holding it in place there is no possibility of my daughter brushing her hair out because it is so solid. My daughter still really liked her.

They also liked that she came with a spell book. It can be hard to find Descendants toys on the market currently so they were very excited to receive this!
