Noise cancelling stops working

I have had these headphones for just under 1 year. I loved them until a couple days ago. I really struggle with overstimulation particularly with noise and they helped so much, until about 4 days ago when the active noise cancelling just stopped working as well - turns out upon some research that this is a known problem. For a pair of $400 headphones (I paid 249), I cannot say I’m impressed. Don’t get me wrong they still work - but they do not cancel all or even most of the noise anymore unless I crank up the volume. I am very disheartened because of the struggles I have with sound and focus (adhd) I relied on their ability to block out the outside world… and now I need different ones to be able to accomplish this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great headphones

I absolutely love my headphones. Perfect size and versatility. The transparency vs noise cancelling is awesome. Unfortunately, one of the selling features as a commuter was the case and the zipper broke almost right away.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing headphones coming from gaming headsets for the past while. Noise cancellation is amazing especially if you use Apple Music with Spatial Audio they’re probably THE most clear headphones I’ve used yet and I’m still waiting to use a wired connection for the better pre sets. And for anyone that runs or works out in the gym they stick to your head very well and don’t move much at all

My 6 year old beats solo pros have better noise cancelling and I find the sound to be better than these. The only reason for purchasing is that my old pair do not want to hold a charge anymore. I also like how the older ones fit compared to these. Overall, I am a little dissappointed in the quality.

Still Impressed After a Year🔥

I’ve had the Beats Studio Pro for a little over a year, and they still sound incredible. The bass hits perfectly, and the Spatial Audio makes music and movies super immersive. Noise cancelling works great, and they’re really comfortable for long use. Battery life’s really good too. Totally worth it if you care about sound quality and style.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Buy new one but give me the open box one

I don't know why I bought my headphone on 30th Nov 2025 and pick up on 1st Dec 2025. However, apple warranty will be expired on May 2026. It should be 1 year from the date I bought. And I cannot see the purchase date on the apple website as well. I cannot update the purchase date as well
