Curb side pick up was unbelievably instantaneous......pick up conformation came after just 2 hrs of purchase.....amazing experience ..
Less than 10min wait time to pick up......was as if we were been expected....

I love this MacBook this is my first one ever but I have only ever used iPhone, it took a few days to get used to but over all its great. the size and light weight, the keyboard lights up and the picture on the screen is very clear I got the gold colour although its more so rose gold. I would buy this again once this one is outdated I dont typically know the lifespan of this MacBook but for the price of 1300 I hope its for many many years as my previous Acer laptop lasted me 10 years lol
the only reason im giving 4 stars is because for ppl like me who dont know the shortcuts and keys well I wish there was an easier way to search them them googling them or a better tutorial on this with it when its opened and etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love my Macbook Air. Love Apple support even more

I have been trying to really explore my Macbook Air capabilities. When I run into problems I call Apple Support. They answer right away, and work with me to find the answer to my questions. All the people I have talked to are friendly and knowledgeable.
Only drawback with a Mac is that a lot of software is heavily weighted to Windows so getting assistance with the Windows centric products can be exceptionally difficult. I wish everyone was as interested in customer support as Apple.
From now on I will always buy Apple computing products!!!!

I got water damage to my laptop and they sent it in to be fixed through Geek Squad. They ended up giving me a brand new laptop but I had to pay $50 plus tax to get my old information added onto my new lap top (which should have been included in my plan I pay for) and they also made me buy my Microsoft apps all over again for $100 (which should have also been included in my plan). Now after paying for both of those things, I got my new lap top. I bring it home and go to use it and it doesn’t work properly at all. I can’t do anything on it. This upsets me even more. After a week of dealing with this, I had to go back for a 5th time and get ANOTHER new lap top and leave it there for another day for them to transfer my information to my new new laptop. This process all took over a week and costs me $167 when it should have been all free. I will not be buying from Best Buy again
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm upgrading from an early 2011 MBP (still working though) so this is definitely a big change for me as everything is much faster. The set up was easy. I'm liking the fingerprint button so I don't have to type in my password every time I open my laptop. I love the gold colour and this MBA is very light - perfect for school. I just hope that this lasts as long as my MBP did.

This laptop is light! Yet it feels like it will be durable, just like the other Apple products I own. The keyboard feels great when typing. The screen is nice and bright. I’m still getting to know it and am enjoying it so far.
