Installing today…your instructions to install window panel are poor for small windows 25” wide
The window panel insert is flimsy and I doubt it will hold up
The hose connection to the window panel is a poor design

Installed the unit with no problems. Turned the unit on, the fan comes on and when the compressor tries to start the fan slows down and it makes a loud humming noise for about 5 seconds then stops and fan speeds back up. Does this over and over. get no cold air from the unit. sounds like the compressor is froze up.
