Love the a/c unit. I just realize weeks later, that it did not come with an filter. If it wasn't for that, I would give it 5 stars.

I bought it a month ago and I haven't been able to enjoy it or even feel if its really cooling the room because is too loud.

Looks awesome, I read lots of good things about airo and can't wait to sit inside my large living room area and with 14,000 BTU
I'm sure it will easily cool my whole down stairs.

Easy installation. Once you open the box, the bottom of the cardboard is not attached, so lift the cardboard, not the unit! Didn't turn it on yet, but it could not have been an easier set up.
