Even though I bought, just got a new HVAC system, my upstairs does not get as cool as I like it to be. I purchased this air conditioner and hoping that it will cool my upstairs portion of the house

Lots of Cold Air

The unit did not fit the window properly. While the size adjustment is excellent horizontally, certain window designs prevent a proper fit vertically on a double hung window. All they needed to do was add a couple extra inches to the width of the window slider to compensate.

Definitely cools off my garage. Highly recommend this unit. Well within the budget as well Shipping took a while but so far so great with the unit.
