Waste tray trips full quickly

So far so good. The only thing that can be frustrating is the waste tray reading full when there is still ALOT of room remaining. The drum dumps to the left side of the tray and trips the full indicator far earlier than full. It’s a simple fix to just shake the tray to even out the waste though.

So quiet!!

This is an easy to use litter box and I like that the opening doesn’t close during cleaning. One of my cats is using it but the other is still shy about using it. We’re being patient with him and we hope he starts using it soon. In the meantime, we have a manual litter box in another room for his use.

Works great but is it future proved?

So far this works great! My five cats have taken to it though the drum is a bit smaller than other automatic automatic litter boxes out there. There is no dump litter function for doing a deep clean of the drum and no tracking of individual cat’s weight, also the weighing scales are not really accurate at all! I have found no possible way to link this to Alexa and the FAQ is not helpful at all as it refers to an example app so I have no idea what skill needs to be enabled within the Alexa app to make the link. Finally I see a lot of knock offs available I’m not sure if smarty pear actually developed this or just stuck their logo on it but there have been no updates to the app since launch which is concerning. Overall it works great at the moment good odour control but not sure how future proof it will be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have created this auto litter box and many companies have since jumped on board and copied ours. Customer Care has weight calibration info as well as Alexa capabilities though they do not allow many features to be used.
