I was concerned my 3 cats wouldn’t use the loo. They were interested as soon as the big box arrived, followed the entire set up. I put litter from their current litter box inside it. They were entranced watching it work. I left their litter box next to it until it was full which encouraged them to use the loo. The first day it recorded 50 cycles! We’re down to 10-12 a day now. So happy we chose Leo’s loo.

Kingsley was very unsure of his new litter box…but after a couple of weeks he decided it was just fine. We are quite pleased too. No smell, no messes on the floor, easy to clean, and of all things the cat checks to make sure his box is clean.

Love so much about it but the litter does seem to get everywhere. Would be nice if they included the litter mat since I see its a common issue. I bought a similar one and still find myself sweeping the litter after every time my cats go in. Could be just my cats but It would it great if they could somehow extend the whole or lift it up so it doesn’t track as much. Outside of that its amazing and still way better than a plan box.

Love the product so far. My semi-feral tuxedo cat needed some time to adjust but now loves it. Keeps everything clean and odor-free. I empty the waste drawer once a week. I'm not sure when they stopped providing litter matts with their product, however - that was very disappointing given the cost.

The first few days I was scared that my kitty wouldn't use Leo's Loo. But after some careful guiding, coaxing and bribing, she finally came around and uses it as if it were her litter box from the beginning. The key I think for the first few days was to turn off any automatic feature. Keep it as manual as possible, so they don't get scared off. Once she got in the habit of using it and was convinced that it wasn't going to swallow her alive, it was business as usual. It's way less messy than a traditional litter box and oh so convenient! Would recommend if you have the $$ to spend on an automatic litter box. The app is pretty easy to use as well.

Our cat and us both love this box. It's so nice not having to scoop litter anymore. We are having a slight issue with smelliness but I think I'm just more sensitive to the smell after not having cats for several years. This was one of the best purchases we've made and makes our life so much easier. And our Roxy always has a clean box.
