Pretty good

Easy to set up, looks nice, isn t too loud. Kinda annoying bc the drawer fills quickly and it is a little too shallow. Also, if you don t check each time and a clump of used litter falls out, if you put the drawer back in it makes a horrible mess that s so hard to clean. App is nice but still a little glitchy. Wish you could see your cats weight in graph format.

I wouldn't own a cat without this. Leo's Loo Too is far and away better design/functionality than other automatic litter boxes I've seen. my 14-week old kitten has no issue using it.

Not your average Loo

Its been a few short weeks with the Leo Loo Too and I am impressed. It is very quiet unlike other automatic litter boxes (I have family that owns the litter robot and this one is signifigantly quieter ten fold) and is efficient with how it works and also is safer for me to have a automatic litter box due to being immunocompromised. The waste tray is also large and accomidates quite a bit before needing to be disposed of. And The litter liners are durable and easy to tie. The litter mat is deep groved so it really catches quite a bit as well.
The only reason I did not give it 5/5 stars is simply, my kitty is a awkward feline and needs more time to adjust. I found the height of the Loo itself to be a bit TOO high for her and her being more awkward than most (she faces inward with her butt facing toward the port hole but has made no mess with this position), has literally fallen out after use (both face first and butt). I have had to use a box in order to have her get adjusted to getting in and out of the loo in order to help her feel more confident. If Smarty Pear's Leo Loo team reads this, I hope you make a additional accessory like loo stairs or a "loo stool" in the future to help other awkward kitties, old kitties and relatively small kitties adjust to your wonderful Loo.

I’m a little disappointed because this is the second Leo’s Loo Too that I bought and I bought this based on how well my first has done. This one doesn’t always cycle all of the cat’s waste, it leaves some after cycling and waste sticks to the bottom. None of that happened with my first. I also didn’t get the cute toys with this one!

Best litter box

I chose this over other electronic litter box because of it's smaller size. It fits perfectly in the closet and the height is great for Lucy. I've been using it for two weeks and it's perfect. The litter drawer size last about 1 week and she uses it 5 times a day. That's with the app telling me it's full which is great. Odor is not an issue. The bags are easy. Super quiet, I don't even here it even when I sit a few feet away. The only problem is that the ball creates static and I noticed that she gets litter stuck in her fur from static. Not a huge issue but she does carry it through the house and I find it on places she lays around. Not a huge amount just dustings of it I don't know how to stop the static. Otherwise perfect in every other way. Also a plus when I did have issues customer service was always right there and very friendly. I appreciate that they made me feel like part of a smarty pear family not just another customer.

Nice product and amazing customer service

Leo's Loo Too is very well-made and works as advertised. It took a little tweaking (it doesn't work well on thick carpet, so a small piece of plywood underneath works). The full drawer alert seems to come on even when the drawer is not full, but it helps to keep the litter level lower and make sure the waste bag is flat. My cats are taking to it much quicker than I thought they would. It cleans well and is super quiet. The "no chew" power cord is a nice touch. The app works great and syncing and setup were fairly simple. Some of the videos and "what is included" instructions are for the original Leo's Loo, but after an exchange with customer service, I found out I had everything I was supposed to have. They responded quickly and refunded me immediately for an item I purchased but didn't need (clips for the waste drawer). The mat and waste bags in the bundle are high quality and my cats love the plushie toys. The litterbox also looks great! I am, so far, pleased and will be recommending the Leo's Loo Too automatic self-cleaning litterbox to anyone interested in a self-cleaning litterbox.

Great with a tiny flaw or two

My three cats took to it just fine, my only issue is when the bin says it s full when it clearly isn t. Nothing a little shake of the drawer won t fix, but it s a minor inconvenience. Also, another small gripe, the shape make pouring litter in to the bin a tad difficult. Otherwise it works great for our family 4.5/5 stars for me!

Better than expected

I researched all of the robot litter boxes I could find before deciding on Leo s Loo Too. I chose it because of the larger waste drawer and the iv sterilization, and the overall design. It came assembled and basically ready to use out of the box. It is very quiet, easy to take apart to clean, and most importantly it is very safe! It immediately stops a cleaning cycle if it senses movement in the box of any kind. The ease draw traps odor well. I have multiple rescue cats and both large (Maine coon) and small cats use it. Not everyone is a fan, but I have multiple litter boxes around the house anyway so it is not a big deal. I would eventually like to replace them all with Leo s Loo Too. I have friends who own another brand and they have had multiple issues with litter falling out during cleaning and even had a cat chew through a power cord. Leos loo had a very sturdy cord and I have not had any little come close to falling onto the floor while cleaning.
I do recommend testing the box after adding litter because I had added too much and a good bit went into the waste tray when I did a test cycle. Heavier litter works the best and helps to reduce any litter waste. I have 3 cats using this one box and in the few weeks I ve had it I ve only had to empty it 3 times and add a small amount of litter back each time.
Overall I highly recommend this box, and it does come with a 90 day trial if you want some time to test it. I hope to purchase a few more as my budget allows.
