Quite an investment but so far (we’ve had it about a mont) worth the price! We adopted two kittens and after several months of scooping decided to try an automatic litter box once they got bigger. After researching we went with the Litter Loo Too because of the quiet sound and UV feature largely. So far it hasn’t disappointed! We have one skittish cat who had no issues acclimating. If anything they’re quite interested when it turns on and stick their head inside to investigate (so we’ve had to adjust the time before it cycles, but it does stop as soon as they stick their head in). With two kittens we are changing the drawer probably twice a week? But still way better than daily scooping (and some days scooping twice a day). Totally worth a try if you’re on the fence.

I held off on giving the Loo Too 5 stars because I’ve only had it running for about a month and don’t want to jinx anything! So far so good in terms of the machine doing what it’s supposed to do and my 2 cats acclimating to it pretty quickly. I had to set the automatic cleaning to 2 minutes after kitty exits because when the machine starts the cleaning process the rotation of the drum intrigues them enough to have them jump back inside, stopping operation!! I LOVE not having to scoop the litter box every day (some might say that alone warrants a 5 star rating). Use a good brand of litter and you won’t see clumps sticking anywhere (I use Dr Elseys). It tells you to use 13lbs of litter (just below the “max” line) which doesn’t look like enough but it’s plenty, trust me! Operation is super quiet. There are a few very minor flaws. The first being the set up.. it wasn’t as intuitive as I had anticipated. It took several attempts to connect to my WiFi and get the app working. Which brings me to the second flaw.. the app… it’s kinda useless. There’s not much to it, it’s not really accurate with cat weight and it alerts that the waste drawer is full when it isn’t (pro tip.. shake the drawer to avoid waste building up too high in the center and being sliced as you pull the drawer out.. you may even want to take a rake to it and disperse the clumps to the sides of the waste bag to give it a lot more mileage!). I can’t say whether or not the litter drawer smells because I have Parosmia. Anyway, don’t let the app stop you from pulling the trigger on this litter box.. it’s awesome and makes the hardest part of cat ownership easy!

I recently purchased a Leo’s loo too and I could not be happier with the product. It is quiet, runs well without errors and my 2 cats took to it right away. Be aware in the beginning when your cats are curious about the machine any touch to the rim will cause an auto cycle to go off and you’ll receive a phone notification. It took about a week for my cats to stop touching it all of the time. When I ordered, I bought the grey model and when it arrived I had received the wrong package meant for another order and it came in pink. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within a day with 3 options on how to handle it. They allowed me to keep the pink inner drum and sent me the grey drum I had ordered with free shipping and a partial refund for the error. Thank you Dee from customer service for being so helpful through the whole process! I highly recommend the company and the product as it has saved me a lot of time and energy emptying out the litter boxes.

So far we love it! We had a cat genie for many years and when it quite on us we decided to give Leo’s Loo Too a try so we could get away from having hoses everywhere and having to be close to a water source. Chunk took to Leo’s Loo quickly. We love how quite it is and that we get alerts as to when the litter bag needs changed or the litter is low.

The inner chamber is a little tight for the kitties to maneuver once inside. One of mine just goes once she's inside and several times has gone #2 out the front because her butt is sticking out the front. When they do make it inside it works great and is very quiet while cleaning. It's actually pretty entertaining to watch the cats react to the cleaning cycle.

So happy with my purchase. Works great. Looks nice. Quiet. Set the timer to cycle 6 minutes after use, so it has time to fully clump and absorb. Shorter times left small bits becuase it hadn't clumed and broke apart. Wish the waste drawer were larger.
