Upgrading my Review

I earlier gave this product a 1. The next day I received a call from the Warranty Department. A very helpful guy spoke with me. So, I'm upgrading my review to a 3. Just be aware that this stovetop will only function well with pots and pans that are equal to or not much larger than the 6" burners. If you cook for a lot of people, get a 24" range. Regarding the stove, we used the Grill option and it was fantastic.
