Thanks for sharing the love. We’re glad the Pink iPad checks all the boxes—great style, standout color, and the versatility to fit whatever your day calls for. Enjoy it, and thanks for choosing AT&T.
Very slow and glitching. Wouldn’t let me set up the iPad without hooking it up to a computer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello there, Tayana. 💙
We’re really sorry that the iPad's performance hasn’t met your expectations. Experiencing issues like glitching and slow response can be incredibly frustrating, and that’s not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have. Since this device is manufactured by Apple, they provide a one‑year limited warranty directly through them. For warranty support, product exchanges, or repairs, we recommend contacting Apple Support or visiting your nearest Apple Store with your iPad and proof of purchase. If you need assistance locating your invoice or purchase details, please review your original order confirmation email or your purchase history with the retailer.
For more information about Apple’s warranty and support process, you can visit Apple’s Service and Support page. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope Apple is able to resolve this quickly for you. At AT&T, our goal is to help you get the most out of your technology—whether that’s exploring device features, managing upgrades, or finding the right plan for your needs. If you’d like more personalized guidance for your iPad, we’re always here to support you.
iPad is good but battery life not so good doesn’t last at all

Hello there! 👋 We appreciate you sharing your thoughts with us, and we understand how important it is to have a tablet that gives you the best performance possible. We're sorry to hear your iPad (A16) 2025 isn’t meeting your expectations when it comes to battery life.
There are some things you could try to optimize your battery performance:
✅ Lower brightness to around 30–40% ✅ Turn off Background App Refresh, Bluetooth (if unused), Location Services for apps that don’t need it, and any unnecessary widgets ✅ Check battery usage in Settings — if one app is using 30–50%, that’s likely the culprit
If the issue continues, Apple Support can run diagnostics to determine whether the battery is performing within normal parameters or if there may be a hardware or software issue that needs attention.
